Catholic Education Tuition Assistance Timeline for 2018-2019 School Year
The application process for tuition assistance will be opened on December 15, 2017 and will end on February 28, 2018 to allow families to apply earlier than before.
To make the application process easier for families, you must submit your 2016 federal income tax return and 2016 W-2 information. Your 2017 tax information will not be required. For those who Do No File an income tax return, you will be required to submit supporting documentation for income you receive, e.g. Social Security Statement, Disability Statement, Child Support, etc.
You must apply every year and the online application is available on the CEF website, www.ceflou.org. The application fee is $25.
If you applied for tuition assistance for this 2017-2018 school year, the 2016 tax information you uploaded will carry forward to your 2018-2019 application. Tuition assistance is available for Kindergarten thru 8th grade and High School.
ALL completed applications received by February 28, 2018 will participate in the initial grant awards. A much smaller amount of tuition assistance may be available for any application submitted after February 28, 2018.
